1, aluminum plate storage: should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, and flat on the surface, do not step on, impact.
2, aluminum plate handling: the four sides of the plate should be lifted at the same time, so as not to scratch the surface of the plate.
3, aluminum plate slotting: with slotting machine or gong machine, should use half round head milling cutter. Regardless of whether the damage to the aluminum plate is too deep, not too shallow, not easy to fold, the plastic core of 0.2-0.3mm thick should be bent with the aluminum plate to increase strength and toughness, otherwise the aluminum plate may break or the paint film breaks when bending.
4, aluminum plate bending: when bending the edge, the stress is uniform, forming once, do not bend repeatedly, otherwise the aluminum plate may break.
5, aluminum plate arc processing: special bending equipment should be used for arc processing, so that the plate gradually reach the required surface, not a bending.
